Beeradvocate lists Pliny the Elder as the 2nd rated beer on the planet so naturally I wanted to experience it for myself.  I like beers that have the potential to rip the enamel off of my teeth with each sip and this beer seems fitting.  With zero distribution to Texas, I had to rely on people visiting areas where Pliny has distribution.   After striking out several times, I am finally going to make the homebrew version this month. If anyone that has access to this beer feels sorry for me, I do not turn down beer donations.
